30mm thick solid timber stair nosing, designed to transition the stairs into your finished floor at the top of the stairs. See our stair configurator for custom floor finishes and custom strings to match.

  • Thickness: 30mm
  • Width: 110mm
  • Overhang/Nosing: 20mm
  • Front Edge: Attractive 6mm pencil round nose profile
  • Underside: Features a 20mm wide riser groove precision-milled to securely accommodate standard 18mm thick risers
  • Floor Finish: Premade for a standard 12mm floor finish, with flexibility to be packed up using packers or cut down on-site to suit varying upper floor thicknesses

This nosing is designed for the top step of closed housed stairs (traditional enclosed designs with visible strings) or closed sawtooth stairs (cut stringer styles with invisible strings), providing a professional finish where the staircase meets the upper floor. It integrates seamlessly with our 30mm standard treads and 18mm risers for a cohesive look.
