Local Pickup
Pickup is available from our workshop in Warana on the Sunshine Coast. Please arrange a suitable time with us once your order is ready so we can have everything prepared for you.

Lead / Production Times
Most orders have a typical production lead time of 5–10 business days from confirmation of your order and payment.
The exact timing for your specific order will always be confirmed in the quote we provide. This way you know precisely when your treads, risers, stringers or full staircase package will be ready — helping you plan around your building or renovation schedule.
If you have a tight deadline, let us know when you enquire and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
